REFUND POLICY
21ST Century Sunrise offers 7 days of trial period within which customer may claim for a full refund. Customer provides his/her credit card information during registration and shall he/she decide to cancel the subscription within 7 days of registration an immediate refund of the service fee will be provided to the credit card number used to purchase the services.

Once deactivation request is submitted, customer’s subscription is cancelled. Subject to the Terms and Conditions a non-refundable administration fee may apply.
If customer has a leased equipment, it should be returned to 21ST Century Sunrise in the same condition and packing. Customer will be charged for missing equipment parts if any. For all other questions please contact us.
